Iloilo City is vastly becoming a metropolitan with a growing number of food hubs and international restaurants. La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts is addressing Iloilo’s lack of educational culinary institutions with modern equipment and facilities that will elevate more the city’s food industry standards.
This is a 6-month program that teaches students the FUNDAMENTALS of Culinary Arts.
This one year course is designed for students who wish to learn the Fundamentals of Culinary Arts and be introduced to International Cuisines.
Short courses of one day to a week of specific culinary techniques, cuisines and specialty courses.
