This is a 6-month program that teaches students the FUNDAMENTALS of Culinary Arts.
Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts
This one year course is designed for students who wish to learn the Fundamentals of Culinary Arts and be introduced to International Cuisines.
Lifestyle Classes
Short courses of one day to a week of specific culinary techniques, cuisines and specialty courses.
